I know that you have the inner resources to solve your problems.  I work intentionally with you to discover those resources, and move in a direction that has meaning for you.

My philosophy of counseling is informed by Solution Focused Brief Therapy and other strength-based therapeutic models. However, my overall approach is more about successful outcomes  for the client than any particular intervention.

I see individuals, couples and groups.  I work with people from all walks of life, who may be struggling with long-term challenges or encountering new issues.  I work from a multi-cultural perspective, and my practice is LGBQT affirming.

My usual and standard fee for a 50-minute session is $80.  I may have some sliding fee slots available, please call and ask.  503-706-7751

My fees apply to both individuals and couples.

Group fees are lower.  $15-$50 per session depending upon the group.  Please call for current groups.  503-706-7751
